Yes, it's completely normal. To minimize your waiting time, we ship all items separately as soon as they're ready to be dispatched. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.
I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?
We apologize for this, unfortunately, it can happen. Please contact us explaining the issue and attach a photo as proof, and we will do our best to find a solution.
I'm not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any product that doesn't meet your satisfaction.
You need to print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email, and return your items to the address provided (a return number will be provided before sending).
The return is exclusively done by postal service to our address, and the return costs are at your expense as communicated via email in response to your request. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.
